How we work with you

We have no built-in preference for any vendor’s products or any country’s technology. We recommend whatever fits you best, including options that use no AI. Where a project needs hardware or hosting, it comes from partners, and we design, set up and run the system.

Our approach

We cannot, because forecasts are not guarantees. Nor do we promise an uptime level or a compliance outcome. We state every projected return with the assumptions it depends on, and report savings, freed capacity and reduced risk as separate figures.

A credible return depends on your organization’s own processes, costs, data and obligations. A calculator cannot capture them, and a figure produced without them would misrepresent the work.

Return and cost

We recommend it only where the evidence supports it. We assess process changes, conventional automation and existing systems alongside AI, on the same evidence. Where one of them performs better, our recommendation says so.

Yes, we design, set up and run systems on your premises or with hosting providers in your country. We also prepare them to be recovered or moved if something goes wrong. Hardware and hosting come from partners, and the public cloud stays part of the answer wherever it fits.
